Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Accessing the Client Profile 0:19
- Navigate to the client or contact in the Sage app.
2. Starting a New Recording 0:41
- Click the plus sign in the bottom right corner of the app.
- Select 'New Recording' to open the recording dialog.
3. Initiating the Recording 0:48
- Press the green 'Record' button
- Sage will capture the conversation in the background for up to two hours.
4. Managing the Recording 1:08
- Set your phone down to have a natural conversation without interruptions.
- Use the pause button if you need to step away, and tap resume to continue.
5. Processing the Recording 1:24
- After stopping the recording, Sage processes the conversation.
- Expect to receive a full transcript, structured summary, and updated client records.

- Depending on recording contents, outputs may include:
- Full transcript of the conversation.
- Structured summary with key details.
- Updated client or contact records.
- Draft care plan in structured format.
- Draft follow-up email to the client or family.
