- Sage Care's email referral feature allows the home care AI agent to ingest new prospects from paid marketing channels (A Place for Mom, Caring.com) and community referral sources (skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, or your own website).
- You'll receive a push notification as soon as a prospect is received, enabling you to act quickly.
- Speed is crucial when responding to paid marketing leads.
- Navigate to Email Referrals in Settings 0:33
- Open the Sage Care web portal on your computer at app.sagecare.ai.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Select Email Referrals from the menu.

- Your organization's unique referral email address is displayed on this page.
- Click to copy it — you'll use it to configure your referral sources.

- Option A: Update your referral source accounts (A Place for Mom, Caring.com, etc.) to send referral emails directly to your dedicated Sage Care address.
- Option B: Set up automated email forwarding from your existing email system (Gmail or Outlook) to forward referrals to your dedicated address.

- When a new referral arrives, you'll receive a push notification on your mobile device immediately.

- Tap the notification to open the referral screen.
- From there you can: call the prospect back with one tap, view details about the prospect, or view the original email.

- Referrals also appear in the Inbox tab of the Sage Care mobile app alongside other activity.

- Open the Sage Care web app and navigate to your Inbox.
- View referrals inline with other activities, or click the Email Referrals filter to see only referrals.
- Click View Referral Detail to see prospect details and the original email.
- Note: Calling a prospect directly is not available from the web app — use the mobile app to place calls.
