Purpose: Forward your incoming calls to Sage to enable Sage AI
Before You Start
You will need:
- Your Sage forwarding number (provided by your Sage onboarding contact)
- Access to your RingCentral account (app or web portal)
- About 5-10 minutes to complete setup
Note: You may need administrator permissions to change call forwarding settings. If you don't see the options below, contact your RingCentral admin.
Option A: Set Up via RingCentral App (Desktop or Web)
This is the easiest method for most users.
Step 1: Open Settings
- Open the RingCentral app (desktop) or go to app.ringcentral.com
- Sign in with your credentials
- Click Settings in the left navigation bar
- Select Phone from the left pane
Step 2: Configure Call Handling
- Scroll down to Call handling
- Click the Edit button on the right side
- You'll see options for Work hours and After hours — configure both if needed
