Purpose: Forward your incoming calls to Sage to enable Sage AI

Note: You may need administrator permissions to change call forwarding settings. If you don't see the options below, contact your RingCentral admin.


Option A: Set Up via RingCentral App (Desktop or Web)

This is the easiest method for most users.

Step 1: Open Settings

  1. Open the RingCentral app (desktop) or go to app.ringcentral.com
  2. Sign in with your credentials
  3. Click Settings in the left navigation bar
  4. Select Phone from the left pane

Step 2: Configure Call Handling

  1. Scroll down to Call handling
  2. Click the Edit button on the right side
  3. You'll see options for Work hours and After hours — configure both if needed
