Why this matters

Instead of tracking your leads through a separate spreadsheet, notes on the side, or another system entirely, you can now track your entire intake funnel directly in Sage. Pipeline View gives you a dedicated board, organized by stage, so you can see your whole funnel at once and move people forward right from the board. It's useful when:

Does this fit your organization?

If you're tracking more than a handful of leads at a time, Pipeline View gives you a single view of your whole funnel. Everyone in your organization can see and edit it, so your whole team works off the same view of where every lead and client stands.

How to Access it on Web

  1. Open Pipeline

Click "Pipeline" in your left navigation bar to open the board.

  2. Read your pipeline at a glance

The top of the board shows your total prospects, active clients, and, once you click "Show inactive," how many inactive clients you have too.

  3. Scroll through Prospect, Active and Inactive Sections

Your pipeline is split into two sections you scroll through left to right. Prospect covers everyone from the moment they're added, before you've made any contact, through every stage before they become a client. Active covers everyone currently receiving care.

  4. See the default stages

The Prospect section comes with 8 default stages: New Lead, Initial Phone Call, Assessment Scheduled, Assessment Performed, Wants to Meet Candidates, Needs Contract, Expecting Client Signature, and Ready to Schedule Care. Every new lead lands in New Lead first, whether they came from a referral, a marketing source, or anywhere else.

  5. Read a lead’s card

Each card shows the lead's name, when they were last contacted, and how long they've been in that stage. Past two weeks, that badge turns amber so you know to follow up. Under two weeks, it stays gray. If you've never contacted someone through Sage, that field is blank.

  6. Hover for quick actions

Hover over any card and quick call and email icons appear, as long as that person has a phone number or email on file.

  7. Open the Client’s preview

Click into any card to open a lead preview. It shows their phone number, email, last contacted date, days in stage, whether they were added manually or through an AI action, and any notes on file.

  8. Act from the preview

From the bottom of the preview, you can call them, email them, or jump straight to their full profile. Close the panel with the X in the top right when you're done.

  9. Rename a stage

Hover near a column title and a pencil icon appears. Click it, type the new name, and hit the checkmark to save, or the X to back out.
