Use this guide to learn how to access the detail page for any call or recording in the Sage Care web app, view summaries and transcripts, and export content as needed.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to Inbox or Contact Detail Page 0:00
- Open the Sage Care website.
- Go to your inbox or the contact detail page where the activity is listed.
2. Click on the Timestamp 0:16
- Locate the call or recording activity you want to view.
- Click the small timestamp in the top right-hand corner of the activity card.
3. View the Detail Page 0:32
- After clicking the timestamp, you will be taken to the detail page for that call or recording.
- This page includes the full description and summary of the activity.
4. Highlight, Copy, and Export Content 0:43
- On the detail page, you can highlight any text.
- Copy and export the content you need directly from this page.
5. Expand the Transcript 1:01
- Click the transcript icon on the right-hand side of the recording.
- This expands the full transcript, allowing you to scroll through and search the entire conversation.
