Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Download the Sage Care App 0:00
   • Open the App Store on your iOS device.
   • Search for "Sage Care".
   • Locate the app listing and click "Install".
   • If already downloaded, click "Open".
2. Access Invitation Email 0:20
   • Go to your email inbox.
   • Look for an email from [email protected] with the subject line indicating an invitation to join your team on Sage Care.
3. Join Your Team on Sage Care 0:40
   • Open the invitation email.
   • Click on the button that says "Join them on Sage".
   • This action will open the Sage Care app.
4. Set Up Your Account 0:54
   • You will see a setup screen with your organization name and email pre-filled.
   • Enter your name.
   • Create a password.

   • After completing the setup, you can log in to access your team's account.
