Use this guide to get started with recording in-home assessments using Sage Care.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Recordings tab

• Tap Recordings at the bottom of the app
• Tap New Recording
• Find the client's name on the list, or if they're new, tap Create New and enter their name
• Tap Continue with [client's name]

2. Get Consent

Read the following script to the client.

"Do I have your consent to record our conversation today? This is to ensure that we capture all the details we need to deliver accurate, thorough care. It's kept private and secure, and it's fully HIPAA compliant."

• Once they say yes, tap the green Record button

3. Record the Assessment

• Talk through the assessment as you normally would

4. End the Recording

• Tap End
• Tap Stop Recording
• That's it, you're done. Sage Care will handle the rest.
