Instructions

  1. Navigate to Add Administrator Menu

    → Agency Settings (accessible from dropdown in top right-hand corner menu under your name)

    → Administrators

    → Add Administrator

  2. Add Sage Care as an administrastor

    1. Email: Your Sage Care representative will provide your unique Sage Care integration email address. Please reach out to [email protected] if you do not know your organization’s integration email address.

    2. Check “Allow this individual to login to the WellSky Personal Care system

    3. Click “Next” until you reach the end of the “Add Administrator” flow. Then click “Save”

    4. You should see Sage Care Integrations as a new item in your list of admins

  3. You’re done!

    Sage Care is now able to access your Wellsky information, and will begin the process of integrating your organization’s data into Sage Care’s secure services. Your data should be fully updated in Sage Care within 24 hours.
