Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Admin Menu

    From your AxisCare dashboard, click Admin in the left-hand menu.

  2. Create a New User

    1. In the Admin section, select Users.
    2. Click Create New User.
  3. Enter User Details

    1. Email: Your Sage Care representative will provide your unique Sage Care integration email address (format: [email protected]). Please reach out to [email protected] if you do not know your organization's integration email address.
    2. Name the user Sage Care.
    3. Set the role to Administrator.
  4. Set Password

    1. Set the password to sagecareintegration (all lowercase, all one word).
    2. Click Save to finalize the user creation.
  5. Email Sage Care Your Agency ID

    1. Once you have added the integration to your organization, email [email protected] with the unique identifier of your agency. This will be the 4 or 5-digit code that appears at the beginning of the URL when viewing your AxisCare dashboard

    2. Here is a templatized email for you to use to make things easier.

    Sage Care is now able to access your AxisCare information, and will begin the process of integrating your organization's data into Sage Care's secure services.
